Osia Hyper Retail reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs. 38,297.93 lakhs, down about 5.9% from Rs. 40,695.58 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Nine-month revenue was nearly flat at Rs. 1,08,250.27 lakhs vs Rs. 1,08,683.09 lakhs last year. Profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 431.60 lakhs in Q3 (down ~52% YoY) and Rs. 1,745.23 lakhs for 9M FY26 (down ~8% YoY). EPS dropped to Rs. 0.24 in Q3 from Rs. 0.68 a year ago. The statutory auditor SPJV & Co. issued a qualified opinion, flagging delayed payment of statutory dues, overdue NBFC vendor financing repayments, and unpaid corporate credit card dues, attributing these to temporary liquidity constraints. Finance costs remained elevated at Rs. 465.87 lakhs for the quarter.
Sharp fall in quarterly profit, flat-to-declining revenue, and a qualified audit opinion over delayed statutory and lender payments raise concerns about the company's liquidity and financial health, which could weigh negatively on the stock.
