Oswal Greentech Limited has submitted to the Exchange, the financial results for the period ended March 31, 2025.

Oswal Greentech Limited reported FY25 total income of Rs 9,272.71 lakhs versus Rs 9,110.00 lakhs in FY24. Revenue from operations grew to Rs 6,595.76 lakhs from Rs 5,560.09 lakhs, a rise of about 19%. Profit after tax jumped to Rs 853.21 lakhs from Rs 637.19 lakhs, a 34% increase, with EPS at Rs 0.33 versus Rs 0.25. Operating cash flow swung dramatically to a positive Rs 11,015.42 lakhs from a negative Rs 46,633.94 lakhs the previous year. The statutory auditors, Oswal Sunil & Company, issued a qualified opinion due to an ongoing arbitration over interest charged on Inter Corporate Deposits to a borrower, which has led to interest income being understated by Rs 4,242.55 lakhs and current assets understated by Rs 7,505.47 lakhs. If adjusted for the qualification, net profit would have been Rs 5,298.60 lakhs with EPS of Rs 2.06. Separately, MD & CEO Anil Kumar Bhalla resigned effective May 31, 2025 citing personal commitments, and Shael Oswal from the promoter group was appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Vice Chairman effective June 1, 2025.
