Oswal Pumps reported strong FY25 results, with standalone revenue from operations rising ~64% YoY to ₹1,271.65 crore and net profit jumping ~159% to ₹230.90 crore (EPS ₹23.21 vs ₹8.95). Consolidated revenue grew ~89% to ₹1,430.31 crore and net profit (incl. share in associate) rose ~187% to ₹280.61 crore (EPS ₹28.21 vs ₹9.82). Q4 standalone revenue grew ~14% YoY to ₹280.20 crore, with net profit more than doubling to ₹48.32 crore. Singhi & Co. issued an unmodified auditor's opinion. The company recently got listed on NSE and BSE on June 20, 2025, after a successful IPO of ~₹1,387 crore (fresh issue ₹890 crore + OFS ₹497 crore). However, operating cash flow turned sharply negative (standalone: -₹136.58 crore vs +₹17 crore in FY24) due to a steep rise in trade receivables (₹615 crore vs ₹240 crore) and inventories, with short-term borrowings jumping over 4x to ₹265.63 crore to fund working capital.
Strong headline growth and clean audit are positives for the newly listed stock, but the surge in receivables and negative operating cash flow despite higher borrowings signal working-capital stress that investors should watch closely.
