The board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Total income grew about 22% YoY to Rs 88.01 lakhs (vs Rs 72.02 lakhs), but net profit for the year fell sharply to Rs 3.87 lakhs from Rs 17.11 lakhs. Q4 FY25 alone swung to a loss of Rs 23.29 lakhs versus a Rs 13.04 lakh profit in Q4 FY24. The statutory auditor issued a qualified opinion, citing inability to verify GST details from a major service provider. Operating cash flow turned sharply negative at Rs -25.62 lakhs (vs Rs +8.13 lakhs last year). The board appointed Ms. Riddhi Shah as secretarial auditor for five years and Mrs. Nejal Monish Gangar as an independent woman director, while accepting the resignation of Ms. Mamta Sharma.
Despite top-line growth, the sharp drop in profitability, negative operating cash flow, qualified audit opinion, and very thin net worth of Rs 6.18 lakhs point to financial weakness and governance concerns that may weigh on investor confidence.
