Outcome of 2nd Committee of Creditors Meeting under CIRP

Satiate Agri Ltd, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, held its 2nd Committee of Creditors meeting on October 19, 2026. The CoC approved CIRP expenses, ratified valuers appointments, discussed Form G publication and eligibility criteria, and decided on terms for the Evaluation Matrix and Request for Resolution Plan. All resolutions were passed with the requisite majority under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
