Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited announced its audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew to Rs 6,655.4 crore in FY25 from Rs 6,149.1 crore in FY24, but standalone profit after tax fell sharply to Rs 248.4 crore from Rs 391.5 crore, with basic EPS at Rs 11.35 vs Rs 17.89. On a consolidated basis, revenue rose to Rs 6,807.9 crore while PAT declined to Rs 238.3 crore. Q4 standalone revenue was Rs 1,845.3 crore (up ~19% YoY) and Q4 PAT was Rs 175 crore. The board recommended a final dividend of 250%, i.e. Rs 2.50 per share (face value Re 1), subject to shareholder approval, with record date September 1, 2025 and AGM on September 8, 2025. The statutory auditor (S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The Board also approved appointment of new Secretarial Auditor (Suresh Gupta & Associates for 5 years) and Cost Auditors.
Despite top-line growth, the sharp drop in profits (PAT down ~36% YoY) signals margin pressure and is likely to weigh on investor sentiment, though a healthy dividend and clean audit opinion provide some support. Shareholders will receive Rs 2.50 per share pending AGM approval; the pending Composite Scheme of Arrangement with Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises and Triveni Power Transmission remains a key event to watch.
