Vadilal Dairy International's board approved the audited financial results for FY 2025-26 ending March 31, 2026. Total income declined to Rs. 2,626.26 lakhs from Rs. 2,708.68 lakhs in the previous year, representing approximately 3% revenue decline. Despite the revenue drop, the company reduced its net loss from Rs. 88.87 lakhs to Rs. 67.91 lakhs year-over-year. The Q4 standalone performance was strong with profit after tax of Rs. 213.30 lakhs. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements. The board also appointed Mrs. Anagha Raut as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Long-term borrowings increased to Rs. 1,156.90 lakhs from Rs. 938.32 lakhs, while operating cash flow turned negative at Rs. 317.20 lakhs (vs positive Rs. 22.23 lakhs in FY 2024-25).
The company continues to post losses though the loss narrowed. The negative operating cash flow and increased debt levels raise concerns about liquidity. The clean audit opinion is positive but investors should monitor the company's ability to return to profitability and improve cash generation.
