Blue Star's board approved audited consolidated and standalone financial results for FY25 (year ended March 31, 2025) along with Q4FY25 results. Consolidated revenue from operations grew strongly to Rs 11,967.65 crore from Rs 9,685.36 crore in FY24, up about 23.6%. Profit after tax rose to Rs 591.28 crore from Rs 414.31 crore, a jump of around 42.7%, with EPS at Rs 28.76 versus Rs 20.77 last year. Operating profit margin improved to 7.32% from 6.87% and net profit margin to 4.91% from 4.26%. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 9 per share (face value Rs 2), higher than Rs 7 paid for FY24. Statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) audit report on both standalone and consolidated results. An exceptional gain of Rs 12.51 crore arose from the sale of property by subsidiary Blue Star Engineering & Electronics Limited.
Strong double-digit revenue and PAT growth with margin expansion and a higher dividend signal robust operational performance, likely positive for shareholders. Net cash from operations more than doubled to Rs 688 crore, and the debt-equity ratio remains very low at 0.07, reflecting a healthy balance sheet.
