Redtape Limited's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25, with auditors Ashwani & Associates issuing an unmodified opinion. Consolidated revenue from operations grew ~9.2% YoY to Rs. 2,019 crore (FY24: Rs. 1,849 crore), while profit after tax rose ~4% to Rs. 176 crore (FY24: Rs. 169 crore). However, Q4 standalone showed weak performance with PAT falling sharply to Rs. 17 crore vs Rs. 39 crore in Q4FY24. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share (12.5%) on the Rs. 2 face value, taking total FY25 dividend to Rs. 2.25 per share including the interim Rs. 2 dividend. Record date for final dividend is August 1, 2025. The company also issued bonus shares in 3:1 ratio in February 2025, increasing paid-up capital to Rs. 11.06 crore from Rs. 2.76 crore.
Steady revenue and earnings growth at the full-year level supports business momentum, but the steep Q4 PAT decline and weak operating cash flow (standalone turned negative at Rs. 0.3 crore vs Rs. 81.6 crore in FY24, largely due to inventory buildup) may temper near-term sentiment. Total dividend of Rs. 2.25/share offers reasonable yield for shareholders; bonus issue already adjusted share count.
