Tacent Projects Ltd held its board meeting on 23rd May 2025 and approved audited standalone financial results for Q4 and the full year ended 31st March 2025, along with the statement of assets and liabilities and the cash flow statement. The statutory auditor, V S S A & Associates, issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the annual results. Revenue from operations jumped sharply from Rs 5.00 lakhs in FY24 to Rs 335.44 lakhs in FY25, driven entirely by Q4 sales of Rs 332.69 lakhs. Despite the revenue surge, the company posted a net loss of Rs 3.70 lakhs for FY25 (FY24 loss: Rs 2.77 lakhs), though Q4 alone swung to a profit of Rs 4.66 lakhs. Other equity stands deeply negative at Rs -376.75 lakhs, trade receivables and payables both ballooned to around Rs 390+ lakhs, and operating cash flow was negative at Rs -10.46 lakhs.
For shareholders, the huge revenue jump comes off an extremely low base and has not yet translated into profits — losses persist, equity is eroded, and operating cash flow remains negative, signalling a high-risk, small-cap situation worth close scrutiny.
