India Radiators Ltd's board approved unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) and nine months ended 31 Dec 2025, with a clean limited review report from auditors DPY & Associates. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 4.87 lakhs in Q3, down marginally from Rs 4.91 lakhs in Q3 of the previous year, while nine-month revenue was nearly flat at Rs 15.8 lakhs. The company reported a net loss of Rs 19.35 lakhs for the quarter, widening from Rs 15.21 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. For the nine-month period, the net loss more than doubled to Rs 123.63 lakhs from Rs 48.84 lakhs in the same period last year, driven mainly by higher finance costs of Rs 63.92 lakhs. Basic EPS stood at negative Rs 2.15 for the quarter and negative Rs 13.74 for nine months.
Persistent and widening losses, with no meaningful operating revenue, signal serious financial weakness for shareholders. The doubling of nine-month losses and absence of operational income raise concerns about the company's going-concern status and the sustainability of its business.
