Techindia Nirman Limited, currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), held its 6th meeting of the Committee of Creditors on 29th May 2025. Key agenda items included noting the minutes of the 5th CoC meeting, reviewing actions taken by the Resolution Professional, and getting updates on the forensic audit and valuation reports. The CoC also reviewed the due diligence report on resolution plans submitted by Potential Resolution Applicants (PRAs) and took note of no-dues letters received from Janakalyan Sahakari Bank and IDBI Bank. The CoC authorized continued negotiations with PRAs on the financial proposals in their resolution plans. This is a post-facto intimation filed under SEBI LODR regulations.
The company remains under active insolvency resolution with progress being made on evaluating resolution plans from potential bidders. Shareholders should note that the equity may be significantly diluted or wiped out depending on the final resolution plan approved by the CoC and NCLT. The stock continues to be a high-risk, speculative bet tied to the outcome of the CIRP process.
