Triveni Engineering & Industries' board approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with the statutory auditor issuing an unmodified opinion. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 8% YoY to Rs. 6,655 crore for the full year, while Q4 revenue rose nearly 19% to Rs. 1,845 crore. However, standalone profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 248 crore in FY25 from Rs. 392 crore in FY24, and Q4 PAT came in at Rs. 175 crore versus Rs. 160 crore a year ago, reflecting margin pressure in the sugar and distillery segments. The board recommended a dividend of 250% (Rs. 2.50 per share) with record date September 1, 2025, and scheduled the AGM for September 8, 2025. It also appointed a new Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30) and Cost Auditors for FY26.
Despite higher topline, the sharp fall in full-year profit and compression in margins may weigh on short-term sentiment, though the healthy dividend and clean audit opinion provide support. Shareholders should watch segment-level performance, especially the steep drop in distillery profitability.
