Oxford Industries Ltd filed its Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) unaudited results. Revenue from operations was nil, with only 'other income' of Rs. 3.75 lakhs taking total income to Rs. 3.75 lakhs versus Rs. 71.44 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, total income was just Rs. 7.97 lakhs against Rs. 200.98 lakhs a year ago — a near-total collapse in revenue. The company posted a small Q3 profit of Rs. 3.52 lakhs (EPS Rs. 0.59), and a 9-month profit of Rs. 5.05 lakhs, but this was almost entirely due to an exceptional item of Rs. 46.64 lakhs; underlying operations remained loss-making. The prior full-year (FY25) audited result was a loss of Rs. 50.31 lakhs. The auditor flagged a minor presentation issue on calls-in-arrears of Rs. 73,500 but did not modify their conclusion. No investor complaints were pending.
Core trading revenue has virtually dried up compared to last year, and the small reported profit is propped up by a one-off exceptional gain rather than real operations. Shareholders should treat the headline profit with caution, as the underlying business is still loss-making and sustainability is doubtful without a revival in trading activity.
