On the reaction day the stock moved 4.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.9 pts less than its Personal Care peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
P&G Hygiene posted Q1 FY27 results with revenue from operations at Rs 891 crore, down 4.9 percent from Rs 937 crore a year ago. Net profit fell sharply to Rs 126 crore from Rs 192 crore, a decline of 34 percent, dragged by higher raw material costs and increased advertising spend. EPS stood at Rs 38.90 versus Rs 59.17 last year. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report.
Weak quarter with sharp profit decline may weigh on the stock, though strong brand portfolio offers some support.
