On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.2 pts less than its Personal Care peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Revenue for the quarter ended 30 September 2025 was Rs 1,150.17 crore, up 1.3% year on year. Profit after tax fell 1.0% to Rs 209.86 crore, and earnings per share were Rs 64.65. Six-month revenue and profit rose about 1%, while operating cash flow was Rs 518.40 crore. The margin before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation fell from 26.5% to 25.6%. The auditor found no material misstatement.
Small sales gains and positive cash flow help, but lower quarterly profit and a narrower profit margin may weigh on shareholder sentiment.
