Shaival Dharmendra Gandhi, the Managing Director, CFO, and Promoter of Pace E-Commerce Ventures, sold a total of 3,18,000 equity shares through open market transactions between October 30 and November 3, 2025. The shares were sold in three tranches: 1,63,200 shares on Oct 30 (₹39.66 lakh), 68,400 shares on Oct 31 (₹15.64 lakh), and 86,400 shares on Nov 3 (₹19.82 lakh), aggregating to about ₹75.11 lakh. As a result, the promoter's stake in the company declined from 53.08% to 52.40%, a reduction of 0.68%. Despite the sale, promoter holding remains comfortably above the 50% mark.
The promoter continues to hold over 52% of the company, so this is a minor reduction in promoter stake and unlikely to materially affect share price or control. Retail investors may note the consistent selling by the promoter, though the quantum is small.
