On the reaction day the stock moved 2.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.8 pts more than its Other Textile Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The Board approved unaudited standalone financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) along with the appointment of Mr. Ashish Goyal of M/s A. Goyal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years (FY 2025-26 to 2029-30). Revenue from Operations for Q1 FY26 stood at Rs 1,370.88 lacs, up from Rs 1,311.16 lacs in Q4 FY25. Total Income was Rs 1,407.16 lacs. Profit Before Tax came in at Rs 256.69 lacs and Profit After Tax at Rs 202.95 lacs, with EPS of Rs 1.57. Compared to Q1 FY25, which had zero revenue from operations and a loss of Rs 1.30 lacs, this represents a dramatic turnaround. On a sequential basis (vs Q4 FY25), PAT dipped slightly from Rs 225.56 lacs to Rs 202.95 lacs. The statutory auditor SVJK and Associates issued an unqualified limited review report.
The results show a sharp year-on-year rebound from a near-zero base in Q1 FY25, with the company generating healthy profits and double-digit EBITDA margins (~18-19%) in Q1 FY26. Shareholders can view this as a sign of restored business activity, though the slight QoQ dip in PAT and lack of comparable prior-year revenue warrant continued tracking.
