Board approved unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Auditor S K Bhavsar and Co. issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or adverse comments. The board meeting ran from 6:00 PM to 6:35 PM on July 22, 2026.
