On the reaction day the stock moved 6.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Aurique Limited allotted 73,50,700 Fully Convertible Equity Warrants at Rs 12 each (face value Rs 10, premium Rs 2) on a preferential basis to 2 allottees - promoter Rinkal J Patel (42,21,000 warrants) and public investor Bhanuben Vinodbhai Patel (31,29,700 warrants). The company received 25 percent upfront consideration. Warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months. This is the second tranche and does not change current paid-up share capital.
No immediate dilution as warrants are not yet converted. Promoter holding may rise to about 17 percent post full conversion.
