Aurique Limited posted Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 127.40 lakhs and net profit of Rs 12.41 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.95), compared with nil revenue and a Rs 4.65 lakh loss in Q2 FY25. H1 FY26 revenue was Rs 231.90 lakhs with net profit of Rs 18.05 lakhs, a turnaround from a Rs 30.16 lakh loss last year. However, auditor J.M. Patel and Bros issued a qualified opinion, flagging inability to verify old bank accounts that lacked transactions and confirmations. Operating cash flow stayed deeply negative at about Rs 778 lakhs outflow for the period.
Qualified audit opinion and persistent negative operating cash flow may worry investors despite the return to profitability.
