Page Industries (maker of Jockey, Speedo innerwear) reported audited FY25 results with revenue from operations of Rs. 4,93,491 lakhs, up about 8% from Rs. 4,56,923 lakhs in FY24. Net profit for the year jumped to Rs. 72,914 lakhs from Rs. 56,919 lakhs, a growth of roughly 28%, with EPS rising to Rs. 653.71 from Rs. 510.31. Q4 FY25 revenue grew to Rs. 1,09,807 lakhs and Q4 profit surged to Rs. 16,401 lakhs from Rs. 10,820 lakhs, a ~52% jump. The Board declared a 4th interim dividend of Rs. 200 per share, taking total interim dividends for FY25 to Rs. 900 per share (Rs. 300 + Rs. 250 + Rs. 150 + Rs. 200). Record date is May 21, 2025 and payment is on or before June 13, 2025. Auditors S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and operating cash flow stayed strong at Rs. 1,20,359 lakhs.
Strong double-digit profit growth, expanding margins, and a Rs. 900 total dividend payout (very high yield at current price) are positive for shareholders. Q4 profit growth of over 50% suggests a sharp rebound in margins, which could lift sentiment on the stock. Record date of May 21 makes the Rs. 200 dividend attractive to investors buying before that date.
