Promoter Santanu Agarwal of Paisalo Digital filed a revised SAST Reg 31 disclosure on 8 Oct 2026, correcting a prior calculative error. On 4 Sept 2026, 27.96 lakh shares (0.31% of share capital) were released from pledge, bringing his post-event encumbered holding to 68.06 lakh shares (0.75% of capital, about 15.72% of his promoter stake). Other promoter group entities also released pledges on the same date with Bajaj Financial Securities. Reason stated was margin trading facility only, with no ownership transfer.
