The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ended September 2026. Consolidated revenue was Rs 27,730.77 lakh, up 23.8% year on year, and profit after tax was Rs 6,564.13 lakh, up 27.3%. First-half revenue and profit rose 21.4% and 28.6% to Rs 53,759.69 lakh and Rs 12,695.53 lakh. Operating cash outflow more than quadrupled to Rs 108,096.70 lakh, while debt-equity was 2.83 times. The review found no concerns.
Profit growth supports sentiment, but the larger cash outflow and 2.83 times debt-to-equity ratio raise funding and financial risk.
