Palash Securities posted a standalone loss of Rs 5.47 lakh (vs Rs 5.76 lakh loss YoY) and consolidated loss of Rs 1.47 crore for Q1 FY27. Consolidated loss includes Rs 1.59 crore share of loss from associate Morton Foods Limited (MFL). Standalone total income was Rs 12.45 lakh. The auditor flagged material uncertainty on MFL's ability to continue as a going concern after it incurred Rs 3.53 crore loss, substantially eroding its net worth. YoY consolidated revenue fell sharply as MFL was deconsolidated from November 2025.
Going concern flag on associate MFL and ongoing losses are negative signals. Standalone operations remain small and largely stable.
