Palco Metals reported its Q3 FY26 (Dec 2025) and nine-month results, with consolidated revenue of Rs 8,215.88 lakh in Q3, up about 32% from Rs 6,216.59 lakh in Q3 FY25. Consolidated profit after tax jumped to Rs 274.92 lakh in Q3 FY26 from Rs 126.62 lakh a year ago, while 9M FY26 consolidated PAT rose to Rs 334.77 lakh from Rs 137.52 lakh in 9M FY25. On a standalone basis, however, the company continued to post losses, with Q3 standalone PAT at Rs -8.63 lakh and 9M FY26 standalone PAT at Rs -30.01 lakh. The results include the subsidiary Palco Recycle Industries Limited, which contributed nearly all of the revenue and profits. Statutory auditor KPSJ & Associates LLP issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Group-level performance is strong with healthy revenue and profit growth, but the weak standalone results show the parent company itself is loss-making and dependent on its subsidiary. Investors should watch the subsidiary's contribution and the parent's turnaround, as standalone losses are widening year-on-year.
