Palco Metals' board approved unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY26 on 14 November 2025. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations surged roughly 58% year-on-year to about Rs. 11,270 lakhs in H1 FY26 (up from Rs. 7,133 lakhs in H1 FY25), while Q2 revenue rose about 42% to Rs. 7,515 lakhs. Despite this strong topline, consolidated profit after tax fell around 15% in H1 to Rs. 533 lakhs and dropped sharply by about 78% in Q2 to just Rs. 34 lakhs, signalling that costs and expenses are rising much faster than sales. Profit before tax margins on a consolidated basis compressed from roughly 12% in H1 FY25 to under 5% in H1 FY26. The growth is being driven by subsidiary Palco Recycle Industries; the standalone parent company itself continues to report zero revenue and made a loss of Rs. 21 lakhs in H1.
Mixed picture for shareholders: impressive revenue scale-up from the recycling subsidiary is being eroded by sharply falling profits and thinning margins, which may dampen near-term stock sentiment despite the strong topline print.
