Panabyte Technologies reported strong Q2 FY26 results with revenue from operations rising to Rs. 286.5 lakhs, up about 34% from Rs. 214.1 lakhs in Q2 FY25. Half-yearly revenue grew even sharper at roughly 53% to Rs. 472.9 lakhs vs Rs. 310.2 lakhs a year ago. Profit after tax for Q2 jumped to Rs. 36.2 lakhs (from Rs. 4.8 lakhs), and H1 PAT climbed to Rs. 23.1 lakhs from Rs. 6.4 lakhs — a recovery from the Rs. 13.1 lakh loss seen in the preceding Q1 FY26. The company allotted 3.65 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants issued in 2024, raising paid-up capital to 54.95 lakh shares. Despite profit growth, operating cash flow for the half year remained slightly negative at Rs. (4.10) lakhs, and closing cash and bank balance stayed in the negative at Rs. (164.82) lakhs. The statutory auditor (KPB & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Sharp revenue and profit growth signals a strong business rebound and is positive for shareholders, but the negative cash position and continued reliance on borrowings (Rs. 275.6 lakhs in short-term debt) suggest liquidity remains a watch point despite the improved profitability.
