CARE Ratings revised Panama Petrochem's outlook on long-term bank facilities from Stable to Positive while reaffirming ratings. Long-term rating stands at CARE A+ on about Rs 64 crore facilities and short-term at CARE A1+ on about Rs 585 crore. The revision reflects expected growth from new capacity additions, improving profitability, and strong Q1FY27 revenue growth of about 150 percent year on year to Rs 1,735 crore. Company has five plants in India and one in UAE.
Positive outlook revision signals expected improvement in credit profile; supportive for borrowing costs and investor confidence.
