Panasonic Energy India to shift registered office to Madhya Pradesh

Board on Aug 7, 2026 approved shifting the registered office from Vadodara, Gujarat to Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, along with a corresponding change in the Memorandum of Association. The company's manufacturing and business operations have already been based in Pithampur since 2022, and the move is intended to align the registered office with the actual operational base. The change requires shareholder approval via special resolution and clearance from the Regional Director under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The effective date will be determined once all required approvals and statutory filings are completed.
