Pankaj Polymers posted Q1 FY27 revenue from operations of Rs 96.29L, up from Rs 45.97L YoY. Total income rose to Rs 183.48L from Rs 64.98L. Profit after tax turned to Rs 45.47L vs a loss of Rs 17.31L last year, with EPS of Rs 0.81 vs Rs (0.31). During the quarter, new promoters acquired shares from erstwhile promoters via a Share Purchase Agreement and completed the mandatory open offer, triggering board and KMP changes. Statutory auditor changed to Shilpi Sharma & Co from the previous firm.
Sharp turnaround with over 100 percent revenue growth and a swing to profit, but new ownership, new board, and new auditor may bring short-term uncertainty.
