Panth Infinity reported Q1 FY27 results. Consolidated revenue rose 77% year on year to Rs 59.30 crore (from Rs 33.41 crore), driven by its wholly owned subsidiary Al Subh Enterprise FZ-LLC. Consolidated PAT jumped to Rs 14.01 crore (from Rs 3.43 crore), more than four times growth. EPS stood at Rs 2.54 versus Rs 1.38. However, standalone operations showed zero revenue and a loss of Rs 5.79 lakh, indicating all business is now routed through the subsidiary. Auditor issued an unqualified limited review.
Strong consolidated growth driven by new subsidiary, but standalone business is dormant, raising concerns about core Indian operations.
