Panyam Cements Q4 FY26 revenue from operations jumped to about Rs 40.2 cr versus Rs 0.4 cr in Q4 FY25 after full commercial operations started June 2025. Full year revenue rose modestly to about Rs 84.9 cr versus Rs 83.5 cr. FY26 loss narrowed sharply to about Rs 38.2 cr from Rs 89.2 cr, aided by a one-time Rs 41.9 cr credit from related party loan waivers. Auditor issued unmodified opinion but flagged going concern due to negative networth of about Rs 239.5 cr and continued cash losses. Credit rating IVR BB/Stable.
Narrower loss is encouraging, but negative networth, going concern flag, and heavy debt limit near-term upside. Watch Q1 FY27 ramp-up closely.
