Board approved the Sept 2026 quarter and half-year unaudited results. Quarter operating revenue fell 4.3% year on year to Rs 27.43 crore, and profit after tax dropped 36.4% to Rs 2.63 crore. The margin before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation fell from 26.2% of sales to 16.4%. Half-year operating revenue rose 7.3% to Rs 58.71 crore, but profit after tax slipped 1.6% to Rs 7.34 crore. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 2.34 crore.
Lower quarterly revenue and profit, plus a much weaker margin, point to near-term earnings pressure, although half-year profit was nearly stable.
