The board approved unaudited September quarter and half-year results. Quarter operating revenue fell 4.3% year on year to Rs 27.43 crore and profit after tax dropped 36.4% to Rs 2.63 crore. In the first half, operating revenue rose 7.3% to Rs 58.71 crore, but profit after tax slipped 1.6% to Rs 7.34 crore. The quarterly margin before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation narrowed to 16.4% from 22.8%. Review noted no material issues.
Lower quarterly profit and narrower margins may hurt sentiment, though first-half revenue growth and positive operating cash flow offer support.
