Parag Milk Foods Ltd reported standalone revenue of ₹3,742 crore for FY26, up 11% from ₹3,367 crore in FY25. Profit after tax grew 24% to ₹150.6 crore from ₹121.7 crore, driven by cost management and higher other income. The board recommended a dividend of ₹1.10 per share (11%). Statutory auditors issued unmodified (clean) opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. An exceptional item of ₹5.39 crore was recorded due to one-time provision increase for employee benefits under new Labour Codes. The company allotted 10 lakh equity shares to ESOP trust, increasing paid-up capital to ₹125 crore.
The 24% PAT growth is strong but missed the 25% threshold, while 11% revenue growth was below 20% expectations. Clean audit opinions and dividend declaration are positives. The exceptional item is a one-time charge and not concerning. The ESOP dilution is modest at under 1%.
