Parag Milk Foods reported audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with statutory auditors Sharp & Tannan issuing an unmodified opinion. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 9% to ₹3,367.4 Cr (FY24: ₹3,089.8 Cr), while profit after tax jumped 32% to ₹121.7 Cr (FY24: ₹91.95 Cr), and EPS rose to ₹10.36 from ₹7.83. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹3,432.2 Cr with PAT of ₹118.8 Cr, up 31% year-on-year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per share (10%) subject to shareholder approval. Reappointments were announced for Executive Chairman Devendra Shah, MD Pritam Shah, and Executive Director Akshali Shah, along with a new independent director and reappointment of statutory, secretarial, and cost auditors. A new subsidiary, Parag Foods Middle East FZE, was incorporated in Dubai during the year (operations not yet commenced).
Strong profit growth and margin expansion in FY25 signal improved operating performance, which is positive for shareholders. The ₹1 dividend is modest, while continuity in promoter-family leadership and a new Dubai subsidiary hint at future international expansion plans.
