Parag Milk Foods reported consolidated revenue of Rs 1,007.95 crore in Q2 FY26, up 15.7 percent from Rs 871.31 crore a year ago. Profit after tax rose 56 percent to Rs 45.65 crore versus Rs 29.21 crore. For H1 FY26, revenue grew 14.1 percent to Rs 1,859.47 crore and PAT climbed 29.6 percent to Rs 73.23 crore. Auditors Sharp and Tannan issued an unmodified review report. During the quarter, IFC converted FCCBs into 57.33 lakh equity shares at Rs 135 each, leading to equity dilution.
