Paramount Communications posted Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 529.4 Cr, up about 17.4% from Rs 450.9 Cr a year ago. PAT stood at Rs 19.7 Cr versus Rs 19 Cr; EPS was Rs 0.64. Auditor P. Bholusaria and Co. gave an unmodified review opinion. During the quarter, the company raised around Rs 96 Cr via preferential share allotment to non-promoters and 25 percent warrant application money from promoters at Rs 42 each. The board fixed the 32nd AGM for September 26, 2026 via video conferencing and appointed Harish Bhardwaj as Senior Management Personnel in charge of exports.
Revenue grew strongly but profits stayed flat. Capital raise supports expansion. New exports leadership may aid future growth.
