Paras Defence submitted its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 8,741 lakhs from Rs. 7,760 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 12.6%. However, standalone profit after tax slipped marginally to Rs. 1,543 lakhs (from Rs. 1,587 lakhs) and EPS fell to Rs. 3.83 from Rs. 4.07. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to Rs. 9,319 lakhs (from Rs. 8,357 lakhs) with PAT of Rs. 1,421 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on both sets of results. The board also fixed August 8, 2025 as the record date for the Rs. 0.50 per share (10%) final dividend, with the 16th AGM scheduled for August 21, 2025. Additionally, a material related party transaction with associate company Controp-Paras Technologies was approved.
Modest topline growth but slight bottom-line pressure on a standalone basis suggests margin tightness despite revenue momentum. The confirmed dividend record date and clean audit opinion are positive signals, while the related party transaction with the associate may draw shareholder attention.
