Paras Defence reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 102.7 crore, up 22% YoY from Rs. 84.1 crore. Standalone PAT rose 43% to Rs. 22.3 crore versus Rs. 15.6 crore a year ago. H1 FY26 revenue grew 17.6% to Rs. 190 crore and H1 PAT rose about 20% to Rs. 37.7 crore. Consolidated Q2 revenue grew 21% with PAT up 53% at Rs. 19.5 crore. Defence Engineering segment saw strong 43% revenue growth. Auditor issued an unmodified opinion. Board also approved re-appointment of Independent Director Suresh Katyal for a second 5-year term via postal ballot.
Strong revenue and profit growth across segments show healthy order execution, though consolidated operating cash flow turned negative in H1, a point to monitor.
