Parker Agrochem Exports reported Q3 FY26 total revenue from operations of Rs. 146.37 lakhs, sharply lower than Rs. 5,347.94 lakhs in Q3 FY25, because the company has stopped its commodity trading segment entirely. For the nine-month period, revenue dropped to Rs. 395.96 lakhs from Rs. 5,490.28 lakhs a year ago. Despite the revenue fall, the company swung to a net profit of Rs. 53.11 lakhs for nine months, compared to a loss of Rs. 34.80 lakhs in the same period last year. The tank farm rental business actually grew, with rental income rising to Rs. 146.37 lakhs in Q3 from Rs. 79.71 lakhs a year ago. Statutory auditor Shah & Shah Associates issued an unmodified (clean) review report. Notably, other equity remains negative at Rs. (89.48) lakhs as of 31 March 2025.
The shift away from low-margin trading has improved profitability, but the drastic drop in top-line revenue and the negative reserves position could weigh on investor sentiment and raise questions about long-term sustainability.
