Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels reported FY25 net profit of INR 84 crore, up 22% year-on-year, with full-year EBIDTA at INR 226 crore, up 10%. For Q4FY25 alone, revenue from operations rose about 16% YoY to INR 177 crore, operating EBIDTA grew 21% to INR 61 crore, and profit before tax jumped roughly 49% to INR 39 crore. The company achieved industry-leading occupancy of 92% in Q4, and its Flurys F&B business grew 37% during the period. It also announced its first-ever dividend of INR 0.5 per equity share. Growth was driven by expansion in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, the recent Zillion Hotels and Resorts acquisition, and plans to more than double its key count to 5,403 over five years.
Strong, broad-based quarterly performance with EBIDDA growth outpacing revenue growth signals margin expansion, and the maiden dividend marks a milestone for shareholders. Positive read for the stock, reflecting pricing power, high occupancy, and confidence in cash generation.
