Parshva Enterprises reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 591.45 lakhs, slightly down from Rs. 615.75 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 4.58 lakhs (vs Rs. 9.04 lakhs YoY), while 9M FY26 net profit was Rs. 19.47 lakhs (vs Rs. 18.75 lakhs in 9M FY25). The company recorded an exceptional item of Rs. 3.21 lakhs in Q3. The results reflect the recent demerger of the jewellery business into Simandhar Impex Limited, which became effective on 17th October 2025 — shareholders received 3 Simandhar shares for every 10 Parshva shares, and Simandhar was listed on BSE on 22nd December 2025. The statutory auditor (M/s Bohara Shah & Co.) issued an unmodified review report with no qualifications.
The sharp YoY drop in quarterly profit is largely due to the demerger of the core jewellery business, so apples-to-apples comparison is limited. Shareholders now also hold shares in the newly listed Simandhar Impex, giving them exposure to the demerged jewellery business separately. The numbers are small and the stock may see limited reaction, but the demerger structure is the more material event for investors.
