Parshva Enterprises posted FY25 standalone revenue of Rs 2,477.41 lakhs, slightly lower than Rs 2,512.49 lakhs in FY24. Net profit after tax for the full year fell to Rs 21.05 lakhs (standalone) and Rs 18.69 lakhs (consolidated), down from Rs 25.60 lakhs last year. Q4 FY25 revenue dropped sharply to Rs 686.36 lakhs versus Rs 865.97 lakhs in Q4 FY24, a decline of roughly 21%. Earnings per share stood at Rs 0.21 for FY25 versus Rs 0.25 earlier. Operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs 335 lakhs, though cash and cash equivalents slipped into a net negative of Rs 53 lakhs due to long-term borrowings being repaid. The auditor (Bohara Shah & Co) issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board also approved re-appointment of Mr. Harsh Vora as Whole-time Director and appointed M/s. JSD & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years.
Flat-to-lower revenue and shrinking profits signal weak operational performance for shareholders, though cash generation is still positive. The de-merger of the jewellery business into subsidiary Simandhar Impex Ltd (NCLT approval received in April 2025) could reshape the company's structure going forward and is a key event to watch.
