Parshwanath Corporation Limited reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs 70.19 lakhs, up about 19% from Rs 59.16 lakhs in FY24. Total income, boosted by other income, rose to Rs 151.75 lakhs from Rs 126.19 lakhs, a 20% increase. Profit after tax grew modestly to Rs 55.48 lakhs from Rs 51.52 lakhs, with EPS at Rs 1.77 versus Rs 1.65. However, Q4 was weak, with PAT plunging to Rs 0.95 lakhs from Rs 10.34 lakhs in Q4 FY24, even as quarterly revenue nearly tripled. The company also booked exceptional items of Rs 6.74 lakhs during the year. Operating cash flow remained negative at Rs (10.06) lakhs, while cash and investments stood at over Rs 1,133 lakhs.
Full-year earnings show only modest growth driven largely by other income (interest/dividends on its large cash pile) rather than core housing/construction business. The sharp Q4 PAT decline and continued negative operating cash flow suggest weak operational momentum, though the strong cash position provides a cushion for shareholders.
