For the half year ended 30 September 2026, revenue rose about 42% to Rs 114.19 crore from Rs 80.40 crore, and profit rose about 49% to Rs 9.10 crore. EPS was Rs 6.60. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 6.45 crore versus positive Rs 8.95 crore, as receivables rose sharply. The auditor issued an unmodified limited review. The board also approved buying 100% of Takalkar for Rs 6 crore to strengthen high-voltage engineering and GIS capability.
Stronger revenue and profit may support the stock, but negative operating cash flow and the acquisition increase near-term cash and execution risk.
