Pasupati Acrylon Ltd reported strong full-year results for FY26 with revenue from operations at Rs 1,010.16 crore, up 60% from Rs 632.80 crore in FY25. Profit after tax nearly doubled to Rs 94.36 crore from Rs 47.72 crore. The company has three segments: Fibre (Rs 587 crore), Ethanol (Rs 324 crore, new segment started March 2025), and CPP Film (Rs 99 crore). The Board approved expansion of ethanol capacity by 33% from 180 KL/day to 240 KL/day with an investment of Rs 25 crore. Auditors B.K. Shroff & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The 43rd AGM is scheduled for 24th September 2026. Operating cash flow remained positive at Rs 51.50 crore. Qualified borrowings increased marginally from Rs 101.88 crore to Rs 108.25 crore.
