Arihant Exports Pvt Ltd, a promoter group entity of Pasupati Acrylon, acquired 10,06,380 equity shares (1.13%) through an off-market inter-se transfer from two other promoter group companies — Inder Overseas (10,00,000 shares, 1.12%) and Nityanand Exports & Consultants (6,380 shares, 0.01%) on 23 December 2025. The transfer was without consideration and carried out pursuant to a Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the NCLT, New Delhi Bench on 23 September 2025, under which the transferor companies are merging into Arihant Exports. Arihant Exports' individual stake in Pasupati Acrylon rose from 5.19% to 6.32%, while the aggregate promoter and promoter group shareholding remained unchanged at 65.87%.
