Pasupati Fincap swings to Rs 33.83 lakh profit in Q1 FY27 from loss

Pasupati Fincap posted Q1 FY27 net profit of Rs 33.83 lakh versus a loss of Rs 7.28 lakh in Q1 FY26. Revenue rose to Rs 45 lakh from nil, driven entirely by a new Service Income segment. Total expenses were Rs 11.17 lakh. EPS stood at Rs 0.72. However, reserves remain deeply negative at minus Rs 559.17 lakh against equity capital of Rs 470 lakh. Promoter has signed an SPA to sell 11.55 percent stake, with an open offer for 26 percent at Rs 12 per share.
